    Introducing your 2010 Coaches
Our 2010 coaches will be selected selected with the utmost concern for your child's safety and development. All candidates were interviewed, and hand picked by a panel that included HBPWF Board Members, OEC and a coaching consultant with over 28 years of football coaching experience. Huntington Beach Pop Warner Football is proud to introduce them to you.
       
    Football
Did you know studies show that football is actually safer than baseball and soccer at the youth level? HBPWF provides a well structured program with your child's safety in mind. The Pop Warner / Little Scholars youth sports program has over 75 years of experience teaching the game of football. Our players are reaping the benefits of such a respected and refined program. It is no wonder that so many NFL players began their football experience with Pop Warner.
       
   

Cheerleading - Spirit
Cheerleading has always played a major part of the game of football. Huntington Beach Pop Warner Football and Cheer recognizes this fact and strives to maintain a respectable Cheerleading organization providing game day spirit and cheer competition. Our cheer squads are respected and renowned throughout all of the Orange Empire Conference.

    Shane Rooney Scholarship Fund
On January 18th, 2001 13 year old Shane Rooney was struck by a Drunk Driver. After spending 10 days in a coma, Shane passed away at UCI Medical Center. Shane was a student at Vist View Middle School and was active in Little League as well as Pop Warner Football. Shane will be greatly missed.
